How The Course is Structured

The course consists of 5 weeks.

Each week contains the reading part, where you learn about what awaits you in your daily practice:

And practice which you can do using the Google Docs templates (each week includes a link).

When I journaled for the first time I didn’t know what to write. To make it easier for you, I’ve responded to the prompts in the templates.

Every week, you'll get an additional question you can use to expand your practice.

On the way, I'll show you how to create your questions so you can tailor journaling to your needs.
