Why do I want that?

When you know what you want, it's good to know why. Probably, you don't really want the thing you think you want. You may want the feeling it gives you. For example, wanting a new car when you have a working one may be related to a need to show higher status, not necessarily upgrading the car.

How can I get what I want?

When you know what you want and why, now is the time to think about the how. Too often, people stay in the daydreaming phase. It's fun listing all the things you want, and it's even more fun getting them. Let yourself think of how to get what you want. Write it down. Ideas can vary. Some will be shitty, and with time, some will get golden.
