They say there are no wrong questions.
I disagree.
Look at your life. Is there more of what you want in it?
I had more of what I didn't want. Do you think I wanted to suffer? To be alone among people? To be a coward? Does anyone willingly choose a fate like this?
No.
One does it from the lack of knowledge. The way to a joyless life is simple for you and me. Sit and watch the news. Read about wars, politics, and crimes with commentary that forces you to take sides. Build your life out of the lives of others. Ask the wrong questions.
It's scary how easy it is to live on autopilot
We need honesty, truth, and knowledge. We need to know how the world works to get the most out of it. We're explorers.
And to realize our potential, we need to know what questions we are asking. Are they motivating:
If not, they are the wrong questions.
I don't care about being optimistic, realistic, or pessimistic. I care about how to get what I want. I care about adjusting my actions to the circumstances.
Every question that focuses on why you can't I consider a wrong one. Fuck excuses.
We're masters of asking reasonable questions.
We consider all the problems and all the ways to fail. Whenever a problem appears, we spend hours thinking about it. How big it is, how surprising, and how unprepared we are. But that's not how you solve the problem.
You should ask questions in the context of solving the problem.
